Amie turned 5 years old May 1,but since it fell on a Thursday we celebrated for the weekend starting on Friday. After her Daddy and PaPa picked her & Jerdon up from Soccer Practice on Friday Nite they came on to Luther Farm. When Amie walked in the door she announced that she was now 5 years old and a new member of the "Old Woman's Club" and was considering closing out the "Girls Club" 4-ever!!! She ordered lemon chicken and brusselsprouts for her Birthday Dinner and promised to go right to sleep if I would let her be President of the "Old Woman's Club"! Saturday Mornin we all got up and headed to Del City for her Soccer game. DonDon & SisSis (Bubba's new names for Don & Sissy) met us at the Soccer Field and after the game we all went to Don's for a picnic in the back yard. From there the whole herd loaded up and went to Sissy's to sing Happy Birthday let Amie blow out the candles & feast on chocolate cheese cake & icecream! Then we were off to the park to slide and swing!!!!!It was a fun day & by the time we got back to Luther Farm Grandma was just as ready for bed as Amie & Bubba! Sunday morning we all got up and went to church and then came back home for a Birthday Dinner of lemon chicken and a Little Princess Amie BirthdayCake & a Barbie Computer wrapped up & dropped off by Barbie herself! All in all it was a great weekend celebrated by the whole herd Chilson Style!
